白瀧酒造直売店「shop & taproom Flow」オープンのお知らせ
2025年6月2日（月）、白瀧酒造の醸造蔵のすぐそばに、
新たな日本酒体験の場「shop & taproom Flow」がグランドオープンいたしました！

 本施設には、
  • メダルサーバーで日本酒を気軽に楽しめるテイスティングカウンター
  • 白瀧酒造の全てのラインナップを取り揃えたショップ
  • 映像・音で酒造りを体感できる体験型ラウンジ（2025年冬頃開始予定）
などを備え、日本酒の奥深さと楽しさを五感で体感いただける場をご用意しております。


さらに、仕込み水を使ったドリンクや酒粕アイスクリームなど、
アルコールを控える方やお子さまにもお楽しみいただけるメニューもご提供。
“水”をテーマに、訪れるすべての方に豊かなひとときをお届けします。

Shirataki Sake Brewery to Open “shop & taproom Flow”
We are excited to announce the grand opening of our new sake experience space,
shop & taproom Flow, on Monday, June 2, 2025, located just behind the Shirataki Brewery.
This new facility features:
  • A tasting counter where you can casually enjoy a variety of sake
  • A retail shop offering our full lineup
  • An interactive lounge where you can experience the brewing process. 
We also offer non-alcoholic options like drinks made with our brewing water and sake-kasu ice cream—perfect for kids, designated drivers, or anyone just taking it easy.

Right behind the Shirataki Brewery – just 1–2 minutes from our former showroom and office building
Only a 5-minute walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station
